Biography
Dr. Vladimir Janković served as Minister of European Integration of the Republic of Serbia between 2014 and 2020, after a career as Director of the European Integration Office and as the Serbian government's chief negotiator on several of the accession chapters.
He is widely credited with the design of the analytical screening process that has since been adopted, in modified form, across other Western Balkans accession trajectories. Since leaving office he has taught at the University of Belgrade Faculty of Law and at the College of Europe in Bruges.
The foundation recognises him as an Honorary Member in acknowledgement of his contribution to the institutional architecture of the region's European integration process.
