With over 22 years of professional experience, Silvia brings a wealth of expertise in Consultancy, Sales, Business Development, and Operations Management. She has a strong background in Strategic Planning, particularly in market penetration and development across diverse countries by cultivating Strategic Partnerships.

Prior experience includes management roles within the European divisions of two of the largest project and construction management global organizations: WSP (former Berger) and Hill International Inc, where Silvia acted as a trusted company representative for Europe and Central Asia business development, engaging in executive client meetings, negotiating with partners, and fostering relationships with diplomatic missions.

She has successfully coordinated and led multi-cultural regional teams, driving business development, Go-to-Market strategies and operations administration, high-level reporting, and ERP system implementation with a focus on Client Relationship Management. Lately she is particularly focused on how AI, digital transformation, and data-driven insights are reshaping partnerships, customer engagement, and international growth strategies — creating smarter, faster, and more resilient businesses.

Her expertise also includes brand administration, marcom, organizing conferences, events, and training sessions. As an active member of several business organizations, Silvia is a passionate advocate for increased CSR and the empowerment of young entrepreneurs in leadership.

Starting March 2026, Silvia joined the Board of Southeast Europe DDD Foundation as Vice President, supporting the foundation's mission to help governments, business, academia, and civil society gain clarity, align decisions, and move forward together.
