Sasha Bezuhanova is a senior executive, serial angel investor and philanthropist with a twenty-year executive career at Hewlett-Packard and a multi-dimensional record of service to society. Her achievements in business and social development include positioning Bulgaria as an ICT centre of global significance and advancing entrepreneurial culture and women's empowerment in Bulgaria and at European level. In 2013 she left her business career to devote herself to supporting social prosperity through innovation, education and collaboration.

She is the founder of MOVE.BG, a non-partisan platform for collaboration that seeks sustainable solutions for the state, economy and society through innovation, participation and co-creation. She is also the initiator of the Green Restart Coalition, a collaborative network for green innovation and policy; EDIT.BG, an open network initiative for digital innovation; and The ChangeMakers, a multidisciplinary community bridging digital, green and art innovators.

She chairs the boards of the Bulgarian Centre of Women in Technologies and WWF Central and Eastern Europe, sits on the Investment Committee of the European Innovation Council, is a member of the Women Climate Leaders Network advisory group to the European Investment Bank and an adviser to the GreenTech Alliance, and is a mentor and angel investor in a number of technology and sustainability start-ups. In 2013 she founded the annual Entrepregirl Award, which supports young women in developing their entrepreneurial ideas into businesses.

She was named Digital Woman of Europe for 2013, one of the Top 100 Challengers in the New Europe 100 for 2015 and a Forbes 50 over 50 female leader of EMEA in 2024, and she holds many other national and European awards for her contribution to social development. In 2024 she received the Women in Tech Global Lifetime Achievement Award.

Sasha Bezuhanova holds an Executive Master's degree in International Negotiations and Policy Making from the Graduate Institute in Geneva and a Master's degree in Electronics from the Technical University of Sofia, complemented by executive qualifications from INSEAD, Stanford and others. She is an Honorary Consul of the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg to Bulgaria.
