Ramona Chiriac is Vice President, Global Impact at THERME Group, where she leads the company's global impact agenda through strategic partnerships, institutional engagement, and international thought leadership. Her work is centred on the idea that wellbeing is not merely a personal aspiration, but a form of social infrastructure — essential to healthier cities, stronger communities, and more resilient societies.

Before joining THERME Group, she served as Head of the European Commission Representation in Romania (2021–2026) and, previously, as Consul General of Romania in Munich (2016–2021). Over more than two decades, she has worked at the intersection of diplomacy, public policy, European affairs, and international cooperation.

Her work brings together governments, international organisations, academia, business, and civil society to address some of the defining challenges of our time, including social cohesion, loneliness, resilience, and the future of urban life. Through research, public speaking, and institutional partnerships, she contributes to the global conversation on human flourishing, the future of cities, and the role of wellbeing in public policy.

She is developing the long-term intellectual framework Building Human Flourishing, which explores how leadership, public policy, culture, and the design of places can help create societies where people can truly flourish. She is also the author of the forthcoming book Leading Without Armour, on leadership, wellbeing, and the future of human-centred organisations.
