Marcel Cobuz is the CEO and Chairman of the Group Executive Committee of TITAN Group (Euronext: TITC) and Chairman of Titan America (NYSE: TTAM). He serves as a board member of the CEO-led Global Cement and Concrete Association, and brings over 25 years of international leadership in building and infrastructure materials, innovation and industrial transformation, built across more than 25 markets on four continents.

He joined TITAN Group — a leading industrialist in building and infrastructure materials in South Eastern Europe, the East Mediterranean and the Eastern United States — in 2022, and now leads the Group's Forward 2029 strategy, sharpening its core portfolio while accelerating low-carbon products and a technology-driven innovation engine.

Earlier in his career, Mr Cobuz served as an executive with Lafarge and Holcim, including as Head of Europe and a member of the Holcim Group Executive Committee, overseeing more than 20,000 employees. He began his career at the National Bank of Romania, helping to build the Bucharest Stock Exchange, and continues to share his opinions in various forums on leadership and education transformation in the age of AI.
