An entrepreneurial leader, he has helped build and grow companies across a range of industries, from transport and civil infrastructure to energy, technology, and professional services, with a focus on digital transformation, advanced technologies, and disruptive market strategy.

Earlier in his career, Mr. Stratan served as a Director at Merrill Lynch International in London, leading operations in debt capital markets, equities, and M&A across 20 countries. He continues to act as a trusted advisor to C-suite executives on complex market strategies and transactions across Central and Eastern Europe, aligning vision with execution in fast-paced, high-stakes environments.
